Other Details to Note

No pets are allowed. Please note there is one exterior security camera that faces the driveway. It records 24/7 for security purposes. There is also a noise/cigarette and marijuana smoke detector in the house. If you smoke please go outside and make sure all doors are closed. There will be a $300 fine for any smoke detection in the house. String lights are on timers outside. If they do not turn on please check the timers. Firewood is not provided. Please bring it with you if you plan to use the fire pit.

We strictly do not allow parties of any type. No unexpected guests. Hot Tub * Absolutely NO Glass allowed in the hot tub. Please use plastic cups if you wish to have a beverage while using the hot tub * Please dry off before re-entering the house * Friendly reminder - please be responsible with kids while using the hot tub * DO NOT stand or sit on the hot tub lid. If you break the lid, you will be held financially responsible to replace it! Charcoal and Propane Grills: * When finished using the grill, please use the provided grill scraper to scrape the grill gate * When finished, please use water to put out all hot coals so they are completely extinguished and safe to touch. This is important in prevention of starting forest fires CHARCOAL GRILLS HAVE CAUSED ACCIDENTAL FIRES IN THIS COMMUNITY BEFORE Pool Table: * Do NOT move the table - if table is moved, you will be liable to pay a $150 releveling fee *Do not sit or stand on the pool table *If you damage the felt on the table, you will be liable to pay a $350 fee to replace the felt Be careful while handling pool sticks and avoid marking the ceiling or walls Trash: *Place all trash in bear-proof trash bins located outside by the driveway. Bears: Black bears are very prevalent in the Smoky Mountains and frequent this area! NEVER feed bears Do not leave food or trash outside or in your cars. Lock your car doors. Bears typically mind their own business, unless they feel threatened or they are defending their cubs If cubs are present, do not go near the cubs! Momma bear will protect her cubs at all costs Furniture: *Please do not move furniture *Please use the Folex spray under the kitchen sink if you do spill anything on the furniture. That stuff is magic! Please remember that this property is our house and not a hotel. We have poured our heart and soul into this house. Please be respectful of the property and the neighborhood. The cleaning service is hired to only wash linens, clean bathrooms and surfaces. They DO NOT clean up unnecessary trash or mess left behind. We just got back from Crimson Ridge and it was amazing. The pictures of the space were spot on yet could not convey just how peaceful it was up there. The drive up the mountain was a pretty much what we expected, there is a hairpin turn onto the street but once navigated it was easy. The kitchen is one of the best I've ever had at a rental. The kitchen had everything you could want in a kitchen, the air fryer was the best part for us. Lots of personal and thoughtful touches such as plenty of fluffy towels and bathroom amenities that most rentals do not supply. The outdoor living space was perfect for early morning coffee and evening libations, the view was beautiful. The "toys", Pac-Man game, golf simulator and such were perfect and more than enough to keep everyone entertained. Charlie was readily available to answer a few questions that we had. The only issue we had was that we had to leave to go home. We can't wait to come back again and will be back. Thanks for a great stay!

Crimson Ridge was a great place to stay. There were many amenities. The layout was perfect for our group. There are sharp, tight turns heading in and out of the cabin so that is something to consider. Other than that, this was a great place to stay!! I would definitely recommend it to families or groups traveling with children or teens.

The cabin is cozy and well-decorated, perfect for families with kids. The environment is peaceful, with plenty of space for little ones to play. The surrounding nature is beautiful, making for a wonderful and relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Charlie’s cabin. It was even better than the photos/description. The cabin was super clean and beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of cozy and elegant lodge aesthetic. We had a large group, ages ranged 3-78; there were amenities for us all of. We especially enjoyed the pickleball court, golf simulator, pool table, hot tub and fire pit. We fought over the front deck chair swings every day. Large, fully equipped kitchen with tons of seating; big, cozy sofas. The layout of the cabin was great for our big group. Even though there was 15 of us, it never felt crowded because the amenities were spread through the property. The books (kids & adults) and toys were a nice touch. Can’t say enough how great it was. Thank you Charlie & Lindsey!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin! It was the perfect spot for a large family vacation. Lyndsey and Charlie clearly put a lot of thought into every detail of the home. From the comfortable furnishings to the high-end family-friendly amenities, everything we needed for a perfect getaway was already there. We loved having easy access to the park and nearby attractions, but also enjoyed relaxing at the cabin just as much. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed retreat in the Smokies!

Crimson Ridge was definitely the nicest cabin that we have stayed at in this area! It was nice to not have to pack anything needed for cooking because they have thought of everything...even have little kids plasticware. There was plenty of room for everyone to be in the dining room and kitchen for meals together. The girls loved having 2 bunkbeds in their room, so they all were able to sleep together. All of the furniture was nice and comfy, especially the downstairs sectional. We all enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and cold plunge and liked how they were all right there next to each other. The firepit was a nice hang out area! We brought everything to make smores but forgot our sticks but luckily, they had a whole pack sitting out for us to use. Kitchen in the basement was a big plus! All of the towels that you would need, then some! The one thing I will say is, 2 nights just isn't enough! We are already talking about our next visit! Charlie & Lyndsey were very responsive to any questions.

Everything was absolutely amazing! What an experience. We had a house full of teenagers who didn’t want to leave the cabin. They enjoyed it so much. From Pickleball to the sauna, hot tub and cold plunge to the golf simulator who can blame them? The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you need to cook with. There were blankets and towels galore. This is definitely going to be a memory they never forget. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. We will be back.

Visited this area for the first time and we are glad we stayed here! There was a lot of space, and wide selection of amenities for everyone. The wrap around deck, peaceful views, jacuzzi and campfire area were our personal favorite. The host and co-host were very responsive and extremely helpful! Felt very welcome and overall my family and I had a great time here.
